Regence is the name given to Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans in four northwestern states. Serving 2.2 million members, Regence offers health insurance plans under the following names.

While available health insurance plans vary by state, Regence policies generally go by one of the following names: Evolve Core, Evolve Plus, Evolve HSA and RealValue. Plans may have deductibles ranging from $1,000 to $10,000, and HSA plans are eligible for tax breaks when combined with a health savings account.

In addition to medical insurance, Regence members have access to discounts for a number of other products and services. Although subject to change at any time, the perks of a Regence membership may include reduced pricing for wellness programs, funeral planning services, pet care and weight management.
