We guarantee to you, as of the matching date of your quotes of $100,000 or more from us and any other insurance company of your choice rated "A" or better by A.M. Best Company, that the term life insurance prices shown on your Insure.com price comparison report do, in fact, contain the lowest available premiums in America to within $2 to account for rounding. This guarantee applies to annual premiums of $300 or more and excludes any and all life insurance companies already listed at www.insure.com. This guarantee does not pertain to keypunch or transcription errors made by Insure.com personnel during a phone call conversation.
This offer is open to any person not employed within the insurance industry. This offer is limited to one paid reward per household per year and will only be paid to the first consumer who notifies us of a lower priced company.

Under state insurance regulations which prohibit us from offering any customer or prospective customer any commission rebate or offer of value of any sort, please be advised that the payment of a $500 cash reward by us to you precludes Insure.com or its employees from acting as your insurance agent or broker in any insurance transaction.
